Shipping and Return Policy
Free Shipping:
Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international addresses do not qualify.
Free Shipping does not apply when alternate methods are selected.
Lightweight items (13 ounces or less) will be shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. It usually takes 4 to 6 days, depending on the destination. Heavier items ship via FedEx Ground®, USPS Parcel Select or Priority Mail. Delivery times range from 2 to 6 days, depending upon the distance to the destination and weather conditions.
We reserve the right to select the free shipping method according to the best rates offered by the carriers.
*Due to the current pandemic, all shipping carriers are naturally experiencing delays. If your order does not show tracking status, please call the carrier directly.

U.S Domestic Orders:
Shipping Cutoffs & Policies
Capsule Depot’s shipping cutoff time is 12pm EST, while we try to ship every order the same day, it may take 24-48 hours to complete fulfillment of your order, not including weekends or holidays. After the fulfillment time is when the shipping time is started. Orders placed with overnight shipping adhere to this cutoff rule, and will not be delivered on weekends. If you need Saturday delivery, please contact us at (800) 852-9238 to make special arrangements.
EX: A package ordered on Friday- Sunday at 12:00pm EST or later, will not be fulfilled until Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
Capsule Depot is not responsible for orders that are not received due to being absent during your scheduled delivery time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please use this information to keep track of your package and schedule any necessary shipping arrangements with the shipper. Capsule Depot is not responsible for refunding the shipping charges once an order has been shipped. If an order is canceled after it has already been shipped or marked as shipped by the delivery service, shipping will not be refunded or included in the total amount refunded.
Return Policy
At Capsule Depot, we are sure that you will enjoy your purchase! However, if for some reason you wish to return our products, we do have a 10-day no-hassle return policy*. Restrictions do apply, so be sure to review all the info below.
Overview
Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted no more than 10 days from the day you received it. All packages must be inspected by the customer during that time. Any manufacturing defect should be communicated to Capsule Depot within that time-frame in order to qualify for a refund. Refunds are processed within 48-72 hours after we receive the returned items in our warehouse. The carrier’s tracking number certifies the 10 day period.
- Past the return window and up to 45 days after the day of purchase, all unopened orders qualify for an exchange. No refund or exchange applies for opened packages.
- All orders that qualify for a return have three business days to send back the product after the label has been emailed.
- Any quality issue past the 10-Day policy, will not qualify for a refund. A replacement will be sent if our Quality Department confirms there's a manufacturing defect*. Quality inspections may take up to 30 days depending on each case.
- Free 10-Day returns are only applicable to orders between $79.99 and $300 within the continental United States - excludes international
- Capsules, herbs, supplements, and vitamins must be in the original, unopened packaging. Products in any other condition cannot be returned. This is due to the fact that these are food-grade products made to exacting standards for human consumption.
- All other items must be in the original packaging and in perfect unused working condition.

Returns for Bulk Orders:
In addition to the applicable terms above, for any return of Perishable Products from a Bulk Order between April and September, such Products must be shipped back to the Capsule Depot warehouse via refrigerated transport at your sole cost and expense in order to protect the stability and quality of the Product. In any case, if any Perishable Product is received in our warehouse in unsellable condition (as determined by Capsule Depot in its sole discretion), Capsule Depot reserves the right to refuse a refund in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all returns of Products from Bulk Orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Broken Items
Proof of broken and or damaged shipments must be provided by the customer in form of photo displaying the label on the product with the packing slip, please email your photo to info@Capsule Depot.com with all order information and a customer service representative will contact you with a resolution.
International Orders:
FEDEX International: 6-15 Business Days.
International orders shipping window is 48 hours.
Free shipping promotions do NOT apply to international orders.
Duties and Taxes:
All international packages are subject to duties and taxes. Capsule Depot is NOT responsible for paying duties and taxes. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- The recipient is responsible for custom fees, duties and taxes associated with the purchase. Fees may vary depending on the regulations of each country.
International Returns:
All international orders are excluded from the “Free Returns” policy. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Capsule Depot warehouses.
Our 30 Day Return Policy:

International Refunds:
International orders will be refunded when we receive and inspect the product.
- Note that all packages must be sealed in order to qualify for a refund. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds include only the amount paid for the items ordered, not including shipping charges, duties and taxes. Restocking fees may apply.
International Cancellations:
International orders cannot be canceled if the product has been shipped and the carrier has picked up the merchandise from our warehouses. Capsule Depot is not responsible for refunding the shipping charges once an order has been shipped.
